Advance Payment: For all international orders, full payment in advance is mandatory to process your request.

Shipping & Customs Duties: Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional local charges are calculated separately based on the destination country and the weight of your parcel.

Customer Liability: Please note that these fees are determined solely by your local customs authorities and are beyond our control. We are unable to offer refunds or accept liability for any orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import charges.
